When most people talk about yoga they say "Its like stretching…", which is absolutely wrong. The art of yoga is more then just stretching your body. Yoga is a teaching, which teaches the unity of body with the mind and sole.

Stretching is about extending and expending a particular muscle to activate that muscle and make it more flexible to improve movement and coordination on the other hand yoga is about extending, expending and synchronization of muscle, mind and sole.

Yoga focuses on Breathing, feeling and Interconnection .

Breathing: It is very important to focus on breathing while performing a yoga pose. Every movement should be accompanied by deep breathing, and throughout the practice, one must maintain this focus, similar to meditation. Focusing on breathing helps relax and calm the mind, reducing stress and feelings of uneasiness that we all face in everyday life.

Feeling: Now you might be asking, 'What does feeling have to do with yoga, and what exactly are we feeling?' When I say feeling i mean being aware of the whole process as one. This means being aware of every step you take and every breath that flows with it. It’s about letting go of everything else and being fully present in the movement. The feeling of our body, mind, and soul merging into one is what yoga aims for us to experience. THE RIGHT UNITY.

Everyone and Everything is Interconnected: The philosophy of yoga is based on the belief that we are all connected and that everything in the universe is interconnected. It about the connection we have with the world and the world have with us.
