Its believed that Lord Shiv was the first yogi and he distributed his knowledge to Saptarish(Seven Wise People) to pass this knowledge in seven different directions. The first mention of yoga is done in Rig veda, which also contain information on origin of world and advice for living a satisfying and successful life.

2. Salamba Setu Bandha Sarvangasana:

It resembles a bridge when performed, which is why it's called Setu (Bandha). It is also known as the Supported Bridge Pose.

3. Ustrasana:

Ustrasana also known as Camel Pose.
